Refund & Return Policy – Cotton Prints

Welcome to Cotton Prints! Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

At Cotton Prints, we do not offer refunds, and returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects Only:
    If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition with all tags intact

  • If your return request is approved:

    • We will schedule a reverse pickup from your address

    • After inspection, we will issue a replacement or store credit

Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following condition:

  • Manufacturing Defects Only (report within 48 hours)

  • The product must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • With all original tags intact

  • Exchange fee: ₹150 (covers pickup & reshipping)

  • Once approved:

    • We will schedule a reverse pickup

    • Your replacement will be shipped after quality check

Process for Returns / Exchanges

  1. Initiate a Request
    Email us at cottonprintssupport@gmail.com with:

    • Your order details

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Images (if there’s a defect)

  2. Pickup Scheduled
    Our team will arrange a doorstep pickup—no need to ship it yourself.

  3. Resolution
    After inspection, you will receive either:

    • A replacement, or

    • Store credit

Important Notes

  • No self-shipping required—we handle the pickup

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted

  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances
